What currency are the prices that I see on the site?

All prices are by standard in Australian Dollar (AUD), but you can change the currency on our Menu.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

How long does the shipment take?

Due to external factors that are out of our control*, our estimated delivery time frame is between 15 to 25 business days.

There may be a delay in tracking information update due to a quarantine caused by COVID-19 and issues caused by the war in some places.

How much does the shipping cost?

Our shipping rates have been updated to following**:

  • AU$14.99 on all orders
  • AU$9.99 in orders over AU$49
  • Free Shipping in orders over AU$99
  • Shipping prices updated on March 2022.

I am not satisfied with my item, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?

Kindergarten Society customers are allowed to return its products within 14 business days receiving it. If you wish to return your item, please e-mail us at hello@kindergartensociety.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive your returned product, the refund of the purchase amount (minus the shipping cost incurred) will be done. You will receive the refund within 14 business days.

The returned products need to be in perfect condition, otherwise they will not be reimbursed. Shipping costs won't be reimbursed as well.



Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped.


I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?

Contact us directly with your correct address and order number on hello@kindergartensociety.com.

If possible, we will update your address before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, and the package has been lost, there is no way we can process a refund or replacement. Please note that this is a mistake on your part, but we will do our best to help you.
